The Falcon Ridge Ski Resort in Falcon Lake, Manitoba hosted a CCC Women on Skis:

CP Heroes & Mentors event, during its cross country ski-biathlon race/festival weekend. Former National (National Training Development Centre/National Ski Team) racers Kerrie Fabius and Becky Puiras shared their dreams, experiences and advice, and forwarded inspirational and practical tips from many of their friends from the women’s high performance ski community. The goal of the CP Heroes & Mentors program is to encourage teenage girls to continue to race and participate in cross-country skiing as a lifetime pursuit.

Thank you to all of the girls, parents and coaches who came out to share their love of the sport.
