CCC's Coach and Athlete Development (CAD) Committee has established a task force to: (1) review/refine our new Competition Model, and (2) evaluate the implementation of the model this season for the purpose of improving how we implement it next season.  The evaluation process will include gathering feedback from athletes, parents and coaches throughout the season, an athlete survey that will be carried out at the National Championships, and a coaches meeting that will be held at the National Championships.

If you have questions about or comments on the new model and/or its implementation now or during the remainder of the ski season, you are encouraged to contact one of the task force to discuss it with them.
