CCC's Competition Coaching - Introduction Context

CCI Learning To Train (L2T – Dryland)  (16 hrs). This is the third step in the new NCCP coach education program. This workshop provides tools and develops skills that a coach can use to: (1) create a “fun”, team-oriented environment that will motivate skiers to achieve their personal goals in sport, develop a life-long interest in the fitness and health benefits of cross-country skiing, and (2) effectively teach intermediate and then advanced technique.  NCCP “trained” Community Coach status in cross-country skiing is a prerequisite.

CCI Learning To Train (L2T - On-snow) (16 hrs).
This is the fourth step in the overall NCCP progression.  The program is a continuation of the CCI LTT – Dryland program. NCCP “trained” Community Coach status in cross-country skiing, plus completion of the CCI LTT - Dryland workshop are the prerequisites.

CCI Training To Train (T2T – Dryland)  (16 hrs). This is the fifth step in the overall NCCP progression.

CCI Training To Train (T2T - On-snow) (16 hrs). This is the sixth step in the overall NCCP progression.
